Splish Splash!

So here's my attempt to create a blog! I thought this would be a great way to share some bits and pieces with everyone about our crazy life! I'm sure most posts will be about Bailey (yes, I do have the ability to talk about other things!) but I'll try to throw some in about our house and other fun things too!

So, this past month we've been taking swimming lessons at The Swim School. The first 3 weeks were horrendous! These classes were the most agonizing 45 minutes of my life!!! Bailey screamed at the top of her lungs the ENTIRE time and refused to do anything. I was getting worried because she's going to have to learn to like the water if she lives in this house!

But then, a few weeks ago, my child decided to turn into Michael Phelps! She absolutely LOVES going to swimming lessons now and doesn't even want to play the games or sing the songs- just swim! What a turnaround! It really is amazing what these little ones can do! If you have a pool or live on or near the water like we do, I'd highly encourage you to check into some swimming lessons! Once you get past the initial fear, they're worth every minute!
